ربما من الصعب التسجيل في اي من هذه الورش في الوقت الحالي لي البعض توقيت التسجيل انتهى والاخر صعوبة وتكلفة السفر ال هذه الدول اوروبا وامريكا اتمنى اعلامي بأي دورات مسبقة في الامارات او دول الخليج او الدول العربية وبعدها ننطلق الى الدول الاخرى مع الشكر والامتنان دوما

Parents, somewhat concerned about the potential strain upon their children's brains, were inquiring about the validity of the claims made in the article. Having looked at the original research paper in the journal Neuropsychology (Language Status and Hemispheric Involvement in Reading: Evidence From Trilingual Arabic Speakers Tested in Arabic, Hebrew and English written by Raphiq Ibrahim and Zohar Eviatar, published by the American Psychological Association 2009, Vol. 23, No. 2, 240–254), upon which the news item was based, I think there is a need for some clarifications that were, in the pursuit of sensationalism and perhaps anti-Arabic bias, ignored by both the researchers and the BBC science correspondent who authored the article, Dr Katie Alcock. I apologise in advance for the use of technical jargon but it is inescapable in this instance. This is a blatant and malicious attack posited within a scientific framework and therefore it requires, at least in part, a discussion in scientific terms. This book is a must-read for anyone involved in the field of teaching Arabic as a foreign language. I first came across it during the SOAS teacher training course (Certificate for Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language) and I found it covered every issue related to TAFL. I am also using it again now, gaining invaluable references for my MA by Research thesis.

I would add that I have a copy of "Europe Speaks Arabic" by the respected Doctor V. Abdur Rahim and the books is absolutely wonderful!

It is a vast and unique exposition, but written simply and richly in the form of a spirited dialogue between an English lay-man named Eric, and a scholarly figure named Ahmad. Both 'characters' are charismatic in different ways.

The books embarks the reader on a fascinating journey into discovering Europe's rich cultural heritage by venturing into various epochs, academic fields and every-day subjects in the hunt for hard facts and linguistic proofs that reveal Islaam's enormous and astonishing contribution to the development and enhancement of European languages and cultures.
